I am a GP with over 20 years of experience, Functional Breathing Practitioner & Therapeutic Life Coach. With functional rebreathing training, cutting edge psychotherapeutic skills and holistic life coaching I can help you ‘be the best you can be’.
I can offer you a non-judgemental, confidential space to acknowledge your thoughts and feelings. Instead of focusing solely on difficult times in the past I can help you look at your life and help you deal with the areas that are causing distress, pain, worry or sadness in the here and now. I use The Fusion Model ® and a deep understanding of what it is to be human to help you move forward towards a better life.
Breathing is an automatic process that when effective promotes health and well-being. Effective breathing at rest should be through the nose, regular, quiet, slow, driven by the diaphragm and almost undetectable. If your breathing is not like this, it is likely you are breathing inefficiently however, your body can be trained to breathe efficiently again.
