If you need to cancel your place on the group programme, kindly give 48 hours notice before the start of the programme by emailing info@drlouiseolivertherapeuticlifecoaching.com 
Refund of the programme fee minus card transaction fees will be processed.

You will forfeit your session if cancelled within the 48 hour period. This policy is to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients.
