Meet your hosts

Dr Louise Oliver is a GP, Functional Breathing Practitioner & Therapeutic Life Coach. She became a perimenopausal snorer which led her to recognise her 24-hour breathing was inefficient. Once she improved her breathing efficiency, her snoring stopped, her sleep, exercise tolerance & stress resilience improved. She now splits her time between working as a GP & Functional Breathing Practitioner teaching others to breathe efficiently.

Natassja (Drop The Beet) practices as a Plant Based Retreat Chef & Holistic Well-being Coach. She creates the most nourishing, healing menus, designed to cleanse & inspire a deeper connection to food & abundance. Najassja provides a fun & immersive environment where guests can reconnect with themselves whilst exploring the transformational power of food.

'Informative, insightful and nourishing. This gentle retreat in a stunning location gave me new realisations about my breathing and eating habits, as well as practical tools and exercises to take away. I've been incorporating nasal breathing in my workouts and daily walks, as well as becoming more conscious of my tongue position. It's early days yet, but I feel its already having an impact on my energy levels. Together with delicious, nutritious food and drinks throughout the day this truly (and literally) was space to breathe, reground and provide nourishment for the soul'
