Service Description

These sessions with Dr Louise Oliver are to ask questions and seek support throughout the programme. Working in a group the participants are also able to learn from each other. There is an opportunity to discuss what have been learnt in the pre-recorded webinars and how to integrate this into every day life. There will be two live virtual group mentoring sessions per month. Click booking calendar for dates and times. These sessions are included in the virtual group breathing re-education programme or alternatively pay per session.
